Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined during the checkout process and are non-refundable. The amount displayed at checkout is the final charge for shipping, unless we detect a system error. In that case, please refer to the 'Undercharging' section for further details.

Shipping Options

Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping option. However, Balmseline reserves the right to modify the shipping method if the chosen option does not suit the needs of the product being shipped. Our goal is to ensure the best fit for the safe and efficient delivery of your items.

Handling and Adjustments

If a shipping option selected by the customer does not meet the product's requirements, Balmseline will adjust the method accordingly. Any cost differences will not be refunded but will be used to cover the handling and necessary adjustments to ensure the product's safety and delivery requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. Balmseline does not cover return shipping costs under any circumstances.

Undercharging

In the event of an undercharge in shipping costs due to a system error or oversight, Balmseline will contact the customer to renegotiate the shipping terms. The difference must be paid before the product is dispatched to ensure a smooth and fair shipping process.
